Advisory
Everyone intends to adopt AI.Far fewer know how.
What we keep meeting is not reluctance. It is organisations, and whole countries, that have decided to adopt AI and have no trustworthy account of where to start, what to put around it, or how to tell whether it worked. That gap is what this line exists to close.
We go in, assess, and write the strategy.
An engagement, not a licence. Three stages, each one producing something you keep and can act on without us.
01 · Assess
What is actually running, not what the org chart says.
We look at what is actually running, who owns it, what it touches and what the organisation is already obliged to answer for. Not a maturity questionnaire. A reading of the real estate.
You leave with: A picture of where you are, including what nobody had counted.
02 · Strategy
Where AI is worth adopting, and in what order.
Where AI is worth adopting, in what order, and under what controls, argued against your constraints rather than a generic roadmap. Including where the answer is not yet.
You leave with: An adoption strategy with a sequence and a rationale for it.
03 · Implementation
The plan turned into work your teams can execute.
The plan turned into work: what gets built or bought, who sponsors each piece, how it is governed once it is live, and how you will be able to show what it did.
You leave with: An implementation plan your teams can execute against.
How the two lines sit together
Advisory decides what you adopt. ProofForge proves what it did once you have. They are sold separately and neither requires the other. An engagement that concludes you should adopt nothing this year is a legitimate outcome, and we will say so.
Who it’s for
- Public bodies and regulators setting a national or sector-wide direction for AI.
- Groups and holding companies whose business units are each adopting AI on their own terms.
- Institutions under obligation that have to be able to explain what they adopted and why.
Start with where you actually are.
Tell us what you are trying to adopt and what you are answerable for. The first conversation is thirty minutes and costs nothing.
